1. Service operator
Aetheria is operated as part of the official IluruX project. Privacy-related questions may be submitted through the official contact form.
2. Information obtained from TikTok
When a TikTok account authorizes Aetheria through TikTok Login Kit, Aetheria may receive only the information required for the authorized functionality.
The following permissions are currently used:
user.info.basic This may provide basic information about the authorized account, such as the API account identifier, display name and avatar.
video.list This allows Aetheria to retrieve information about the authorized account's public TikTok videos, including information required to identify recent publications.
3. Authorization tokens
To maintain the connection with TikTok, Aetheria may securely store access tokens, refresh tokens and identifiers required to associate the authorization with the relevant account.
These tokens are used solely to access functionality authorized through TikTok's official APIs.
4. Purpose of processing
Information obtained through the TikTok integration is used exclusively to:
- identify the authorized TikTok account;
- retrieve its recent public videos;
- detect new publications;
- prevent duplicate notifications;
- display or send links to that public content through official IluruX services;
- maintain the security and technical operation of the integration.
5. Information Aetheria does not obtain
Through this integration, Aetheria does not intend to access private messages, TikTok passwords, private content, device contacts, financial information or information for personalized advertising.
Aetheria also does not use this integration to publish videos to TikTok.
6. Data retention
Authorization tokens are retained while the TikTok integration remains active or until authorization is revoked.
Publication identifiers and technical information may be retained for as long as necessary to detect new publications, prevent duplicate notifications and maintain service functionality.
Information that is no longer required may be deleted or replaced according to the technical operation of the service.
7. Sharing of information
Aetheria does not sell personal information.
Third-party providers necessary to operate the service may process limited information, including TikTok as the platform and API provider, Discord when notifications are delivered to the community, and the hosting and infrastructure providers used by Aetheria and ilurux.com.
Only information necessary to provide the described functionality is used.
8. Revoking access
TikTok account holders may revoke the authorization granted to Aetheria through TikTok's security or connected-app settings.
9. Privacy requests
Requests concerning access, correction or deletion of information managed directly by Aetheria may be submitted through the official IluruX contact form.
10. Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated if Aetheria's functionality, requested permissions or APIs change. The latest revision date will be shown at the top of this document.
